Squirrel Cherry Lips are as retro a sweet as it gets - been around for many a year and still a classic little mini lip shaped cherry floral scented soft gummy textured sweets with that true unique retro taste that takes you right back to your childhood school days when these were sold in almost every school local tuck shop/corder sweet shop.
originally made in the Squirrel sweet factory in Stockport, Cheshire then moved to Blackpool when taken over by Parrs Sweets in the nineties which is now part of the Tangerine sweets confectionery group.
Several changes have been introduced over the years to these sweets and the latest was the removal of artificial colours and flavours.
Ingredients in Squirrel Cherry Lips (correct at time of listing July 2011)
Modified Potato Starch, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Beef Gelatine, Lactic Acid, Vegetable Oil, Colour (Carmines), Flavourings, Glazing Agents (Beeswax, Carnauba Wax)

Allergen Advise - Squirrel Cherry Lips may contain Peanuts/Nut Trace.
Squirrel Cherry Lips are NOT Suitable for Vegetarians as they contain Gelatine.
