Uncle Joe’s lozenges are a wonderful new addition to our Toffeeworld counter line herbal/throat/cough sweets range.

Established in Wigan in 1898 by Mr William Santus, Uncle Joe’s is a family business dedicated to producing hand-made, tasty and traditional sweets. Their popular Mint Balls are a favourite in our Foodmarkets already, made using the same traditional recipe Mrs Santus originally used while cooking the sweets in her kitchen.

Now, Uncle Joe’s Lozenges have caught our attention. Using a recipe passed down through the family generations, these soothing and delicious lozenges are hand-cooked on a traditional open fire and blended with natural extracts, creating that comforting sense of warmth while you are on the move.

You can choose from four traditional flavours; honey and lemon, cherry, aniseed or blackcurrant to calm and relieve any sore throat, any stressful day or simply treat yourself to a tasty treat
