All our products are checked before they are securely packaged and shipped out usually via royal mail first class post. If for any reason there is any problems with your goods then please notify us immediately via e-mail message from your item link page explaining clearly any problems and we will investigate the matter immediately. we will usually respond to all messages within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) please allow a little longer over the weekend and holiday period.
